Shipping We offer Standard Delivery. Please note delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. Some orders may be shipped using UPS, depending on delivery address. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note that orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are shipped using USPS. Please note credit card authorization and address verification may be required prior to shipping any order. Credit card authorization may take 24-48 hours for approval. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). International orders are shipped through USPS international mail. Orders usually arrive between 1-3 weeks after departure from our warehouse. Although, if customs hold the orders then it may take longer.

- Items that are custom made or temporarily out of stock will be shipped in 2-4 weeks
Note for international customers: we are unable to track international orders and are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. We are also not to be held responsible for any additional fees upon delivery. Please email us with any concerns or issues regarding your shipment.
Returns We want you to be very happy with your purchase! We gladly will accept returns strictly within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Returns and exchanges must be sent within 14 days of receipt and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. You may return ONLY damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us link of this website. We will provide, upon request, a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 7 days of receipt. The item returned must in a new condition. All custom orders are final sale items. They are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable on return items. Please specify if you would like a return or exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for something else in the store, please include that item’s name.
